However, in the rare event that an issue arises, we are here to listen and promptly resolve any concerns or complaints. Our customer service team is trained to address your needs and determine the best course of action for a quick resolution.

Refund:

  1. Cancellation 5 Days Before Delivery Date:

    • Full refund for cancellations made by the customer 5 days before the delivery date.
    • A service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger, will be deducted.
  2. Cancellation 3 Days Before Delivery Date:

    • 50% refund of the total amount for cancellations made by the customer 3 days before the delivery date.
  3. Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Delivery Date:

    • No refund will be issued for cancellations made by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date.

Return & Replace:

If you are not satisfied with an item for a valid reason, the item may be replaced provided the recipient can send back the delivered item within 3 working days. Please note that refunds are not applicable under this circumstance.

We will gladly replace the item if you inform us within 24 hours upon delivery under the following conditions:

  • Faulty items.
  • Items damaged in transit.
  • Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.
